Hello OLP Families! We’re looking forward to beginning our After-school program in the Fall, which will begin on September 9th, 2019.
Please review the calendar and program descriptions carefully before registering. When you’re ready to register, click on the orange button and proceed through the checkout.
The first child registered will be full price, and all following siblings will get 15% off. You will see this automatically applied in the cart when paying for all children after the first.
Program dates: September 9th – June 17th
No After-school program on: 10/14 10/15 10/31 11/6 11/11 11/27-11/29 12/20-1/6 1/20 2/13-2/18 3/16 4/9-4/17 5/22-5/26
These closings are based on school holiday closings and other school events/occasions.
Half Days – KING will offer programming from 12-6pm: 9/13 10/4 11/1 11/21 11/22 12/6 1/10 2/7 3/6 4/3 5/1 and 6/5
After-School Procedures: Teachers will bring Pre-K & K students to KING room at end of each day. 1st – 8th grade students go directly to KING room at dismissal. Coaches will then take students to enrichment classes, if applicable.
Pick-Up Procedures: Please list any adults that are authorized to pick up your child from school or afterschool class. At dismissal, Enrichment class teachers will bring students to the main entrance of the school to be picked up by their parents/guardians. Shortly after the class dismisses from the front lobby, any children remaining will be brought to the main office, (charges may apply unless they are enrolled in the main after school program).
Students dismissing from regular after school will be dismissed from the main lobby. After 5:30pm students will be located in the gym and brought to the main lobby by their Coach.
If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. PreK students: KING staff members and Enrichment providers help change into activewear before class begins. K-2nd grade students: Utilize bathrooms on the second floor to change. 3rd-8th students: Change prior to class.
Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed on the “Child Pick-Up and Release Liability form”. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email Lisa@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
K – 2nd grades students will be allowed to eat snack before their enrichment class. Pre-K – 8th enrolled in the Full program will be allowed to eat snack during their Homework help and Snack time.
Pre-K3 & Pre-K4
While in KING, our Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 students will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities. Each day, both groups will rotate between sports
Kindergarten-1st-2nd and 3rd-5th Grade
All upper level students (Kindergarten, 1st-2nd) and (3rd-5th) will begin their after-school day with snack and homework help in their KING classrooms. When finished with their homework, students
