It’s time to get back to play! Kids in the Game is excited to partner with PS 75 to provide Outdoor After-School this Spring! Starting later this month, Kids in the Game will offer Outdoor After-School activities and games for PS 75 students every day right in the PS 75 Big Yard. Outdoor After-School will run on Monday through Friday from 1:40-4:00pm. The Outdoor After-School program is available to students in Kindergarten – 5th Grade.
Kids in the Game has been providing in-person programs since June 2020 thanks to the development of our Physically Distance Games Resource guide. This guide allows for fun, impactful play while following health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
Dates: May 10th – June 11th *Make up sessions will be offered June 14th – June 18th in case of cancellations due to weather or school closures.
Grades: Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Price: $30/day for 1-10 days
$27/day for 11-20 days
$25/day for 21 or more days
A 10% sibling discount will be applied to all children after the 1st who attend the same date(s) of the program together. This will be issued as a refund back to the original payment method by Wednesday of the following week. The sibling discount is based on tiered session pricing.
Group: 10-12 kids per group
Students will be brought to the school auditorium at dismissal and then brought to the Big Yard. Coaches will take attendance and students will have snack time. Only students attending school that day will be allowed to participate.
Pick-up will take place in the Big Yard from 3:45pm-4:00pm at the 95th Street entrance. Parents will sign out their child with the Kids in the Game site coordinator.
Late pick up policy: a $15 charge will be applied to parents picking up after 4:15pm.
All Kids in the Game staff will wear masks throughout the duration of the class, and students will be required to wear masks as well. There will be mask breaks during their activities! In the event of a weather cancellation, the program will not run. Kids in the Game will notify parents about the cancellation as early as possible. Parents must pick up their child directly from school if the program is cancelled due to weather. If a day is canceled due to weather, every effort will be made to make up the missed class at the end of the program.
