January 27th - May 29th

Overview and Instructions

Hello SBS Families! We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with the School of the Blessed Sacrament to provide Enrichment in the 2019-2020 school year, which will begin on January 27th. Please review the calendar and program descriptions carefully before registering. When you’re ready to register, click on the orange button and proceed through the checkout.

Sibling Discounts

A 15% sibling discount is applied for all siblings after the first when 2 or more children within the same family are registered for the same type of class. They can be in different sections of the class, but must take part in the same activity to receive the discount. As there are different vendors providing classes, discounts are not able to be shared across the program.

Example of discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade Basketball will receive the sibling discount.

Example of no discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade STEM will NOT receive the sibling discount, as they are enrolled in different activities.

Within the first 2 full weeks of Enrichment classes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your class purchase, you may transfer your child into another class (fees may apply due to varied class costs). No refunds will be given after the second full week of Enrichment classes.

2/13, 2/17, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20, 4/9, 4/13, 4/14, 4/15, 4/16, 5/25. These closings are based on school holiday closings and other school events/occasions.

Should an Enrichment class date be cancelled by the instructor, a make-up class will be held during the week of June 1st-5th at the request of the program director of that class. No make up classes will be held for snow-days or other inclement weather closings.

During class, it is asked that parents, guardians, siblings, and other friends and family remain outside the school/classroom unless otherwise instructed by the teacher of the class. While it is always a pleasure to see everyone, the excitement can distract the students and divert attention from the instructor.

If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. PreK students: KING staff members and Enrichment providers help change into activewear before class begins. K-2nd grade students: Utilize hall bathrooms outside KING room to change. 3rd-8th students: Change prior to class.

Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed on the “Child Pick-Up and Release Liability form”. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email sbs@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.

K-2nd grade students waiting in the KING room are allowed to eat a snack if packed from home. If you’d like your child to have a snack at this time, please be sure to pack one each day as KING will not have any to offer.
