KING Speed: Inclusive Running Club for Boys & Girls

KING Speed is a competitive youth track club that offers weekly training sessions for cross country, indoor and outdoor track. We are an inclusive running club that focuses on fitness, biomechanics, endurance, sprinting form and more!

We offer NYC families and communities the highest quality running and track team programming. By providing athletic opportunities for all students, we strive to improve individual speed and endurance by focusing on overall athletic development and incremental goal setting to maximize potential. As students learn to compete as a runner and support their teammates, young runners begin to cultivate a lifestyle that encourages health and fitness.

Upper West Side Speed


Riverside Park Track
Dates: July 12 – August 20

Ages:

6-14 years old by start date of program

Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm* – 5:00pm

*Meet at the track 10 mins before the start of practice to do health check.

Prices:

6 week season:
2 days/wk=$375
1 day/wk= $200

3 week Season:
2 day/wk: $200
1 day/wk: $100

Single-day trial = $30
Drop in rate: $50

Central Park Engineers Gate
Dates: July 12 – August 18

Monday/Wednesday 3:30pm* – 5:00pm
