Kids in the Game After-School Program is where the fun is! Bringing together young adventurers, athletes, artists, and brainiacs for non-stop action and excitement! Experience heart-pounding sports and games, unleash your arts creativity in Creative Club, embark on a STEM journey in Discover Club, conquer homework challenges with help from our coaches, and let loose with electrifying movement and dance sessions. This all-in-one program is meant for families that need consistent care after-school. Your child will create unforgettable memories, build new skills, make new friends, and form bonds with their Coaches.

Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed in the “Authorized Pick-Up” section of registration. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email annunciation@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
A 10% discount will apply to all children after the 1st child. This will be applied automatically.
Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellation or change of program option within 7 days of the program start date will result in an 85% refund.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.
Registration Instructions
$25 Registration fee per family when enrolling in a program.
Monthly fee will be charged within 48 hours of registration.
