Hello St. Margaret of Cortona & St. Gabriel School Families! We’re looking forward to beginning our After-School Program.
Our after-school program combines a range of activities including sports, homework help (if applicable), creative movement, dance, STEAM projects, special events, and fitness games-galore into a daily program.

Program Details
Grades: Pre-K3 – 8th
Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 3:00 – 6:00pm
Half Day Time: 12:30-6:00pm
Half Day Dates: 10/4, 10/10, 11/8, 12/6, 1/10, 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2, 6/6
Prices:

*Half days are included for families who are signed up for 3 days and 5 days per week
Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed in the “Authorized Pick-Up” section of registration. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email smc@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
A 10% sibling discount will be applied to all children after the 1st who attend the same date(s) of the program together.
Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellation or change of program option within 7 days of the program start date will result in an 85% refund.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.
