The Kids in the Game hiring team works all year long to find the most talented and caring individuals who share our values and commitment to providing kids with the ultimate summer camp experience. Our goal is to create camp teams who care about positively impacting kids’ lives and being the best part of every kid’s day. We are looking for passionate and qualified individuals who enjoy spending their summers being role models for kids, want to be part of collaborative teams, are familiar with running STEAM and sport-based activities, and want to be part of creating a positive and energetic summer camp culture.
This summer, we’re offering a chance for YOU to help us diversify our team by referring youth development workers, teachers, and experienced camp leadership in your network to be part of our programs. At camp, your referrals will be a part of:
Receive a discounted camper rate of $225 per week for up to 2 weeks of camp for your child
Receive a discounted camper rate of $325 per week for up to 2 weeks of camp for your child
Referral candidates must be qualified to fulfill a Summer Camp Leadership position listed on our Careers Page

To receive the camper discount, your referral must be hired for the 2024 camp season. They must commit to working the entire summer season - June 24th to August 16th.
Deadline for referrals is April 1st, 2024
If we hire your referral, you’ll receive camp registration details from our internal team within 1-2 weeks after hiring. Please note, camp locations are subject to availability. The earlier you refer a candidate, the more likely you are to secure a spot at your preferred camp location!
