We’re looking forward to partnering with the Annunciation School to provide After-school & Enrichment programming for the 2025-2026 school year.
At Annunciation School, we offer two distinct after-school program options to suit the needs of our families. Our Full After-School Program provides comprehensive childcare for working families, including homework help, sports, movement, arts, and STEM from Monday to Friday, 3:00-5:30 pm, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for your child every day.
For families looking to focus on more specific skills, our Enrichment Program offers specialized classes once a week, prioritizing skill development in various areas such as Rye Nature, Drone Piloting, Mini Makers: Island Adventure, Wierd Science TV, Stop Motion: Lights, Camera, Animate and Unlocking the World of Programming. You have the flexibility to choose either program individually or combine both to create a well-rounded after-school experience tailored to your child and family’s needs.

Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed in the “Authorized Pick-Up” section of registration. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email annunciation@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
A 10% discount will apply to all children after the 1st child. This will be applied automatically.
Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellation or change of program option within 7 days of the program start date will result in an 85% refund.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.
Registration Instructions
$25 Registration fee per family when enrolling in a program.
Monthly fee will be charged within 48 hours of registration.
