Overview and Instructions

Hello Brooklyn Prospect Families! We’re looking forward to beginning our after-school program this Fall.

Our after-school program combines a range of activities including sports, homework help (if applicable), creative movement, dance, STEAM projects, special events, and fitness games-galore into a daily program.

Registration Process

Step 1: Fill out Brooklyn Prospect’s Free and Reduced Lunch form. This is needed regardless of your income level or interest in receiving a scholarship.

Step 2: You will create an account on LeagueApps, our registration platform, or login to an existing account, and fill out relevant information.

The Scholarship Application for 2023-24 is closed and no further applications will be considered for this year. Families will have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance for next year in the fall.

Sibling Discounts

A 10% sibling discount will be applied to all children after the 1st who attend the same date(s) of the program together.

Refund Policy

Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellation or change of program option within 7 days of the program start date will result in an 85% refund.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.
