Hello Brooklyn Prospect Families! We’re looking forward to beginning our after-school program this Fall.
Our after-school program combines a range of activities including sports, homework help (if applicable), creative movement, dance, STEAM projects, special events, and fitness games-galore into a daily program.

Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed in the “Authorized Pick-Up” section of registration. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email bp.downtown@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
A 10% discount will apply to all children after the 1st child. This will be applied automatically.
For families that have received a scholarship, the sibling discount is not applicable and only the scholarship will be applied.
After-school
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 that will be charged upon registration. Monthly program fees will be charged within 24-48 hours of registration.
There is a non-refundable processing fee of 2.7% for credit card transactions and $0.60 for bank account/e-check transactions.
Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellations for upcoming enrollment must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month; late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the invoice total.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.
Any refunds will be processed 30 days from the date of confirmation from Kids in the Game.
Defaulted ACH payments will incur a $20.60 chargeback fee on each failed transaction.
*In regard to COVID-19: Refunds can not be provided due to program planning costs which allow us to run a safe and enriching program for all participants.
Drop-In’s
Drop-in dates can be cancelled or moved to another date 24 hours in advance from the start time of the program of the drop-in date scheduled.
If cancelling within 24 hours before the drop-in date start time, there will be no refunds issued.

Enrichment Program

Program Details
Time: 3:45pm – 6pm*
*Wednesdays include half day care from 1:30pm-6pm.
Grades: 6th
Price: There is no cost for the Enrichment program.
If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. Children may only be released to parents/guardians that have been authorized by you. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child.
