A 15% sibling discount is applied for all siblings after the first when 2 or more children within the same family are registered for the same type of class. They can be in different sections of the class, but must take part in the same activity to receive the discount. As there are different vendors providing classes, discounts are not able to be shared across the program.

Example of discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade Basketball will both receive the sibling discount.

Example of no discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade STEM will NOT receive the sibling discount, as they are enrolled in different activities.

Within the first 2 full weeks of Enrichment classes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your class purchase, you may transfer your child into another class (fees may apply due to varied class costs). No refunds will be given after the second full week of Enrichment classes.

2/13, 2/17, 2/18, 3/16, 4/9, 4/13, 4/14, 4/15, 4/16, 5/25, 5/26. These closings are based on school holiday closings and other school events/occasions.

Should an Enrichment class date be cancelled by the instructor, a make-up class will be held during the week of June 1st-5th at the request of the program director. No make up classes will be held for snow-days or other inclement weather closings.

Please list any adults that are authorized to pick up your child from school or after-school class. At dismissal, Enrichment teachers will bring students to the main entrance of the school to be picked up by their parents/guardians. Shortly after the class dismisses from the front door, any children remaining will be brought to the school’s designated After-Care rooms (charges may apply). Kinder-8th grade: After-Care is located at our KING Room. Any student still in the KING room after pick up will be brought to the school’s main office and the parents will be contacted.

If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity.
Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed on the “Child Pick-Up and Release Liability form”. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email Lisa@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
Students waiting in the KING room are allowed to eat a snack if packed from home. If you’d like your child to have a snack at this time, please be sure to pack one each day as KING will not have any to offer.
