We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with SBS to provide After-school & Enrichment programming for the 2026-2027 school year.
At SBS, we offer two distinct after-school program options to suit the needs of our families. Our Full After-School Program provides comprehensive childcare for working families, including homework help, sports, movement, arts, and STEM from Monday to Friday, 3:00-6:00 pm, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for your child every day. For families looking to focus on more specific skills, our Enrichment Program offers specialized classes, prioritizing skill development in various areas such as Chess, Soccer, Coding, and Theatre. You have the flexibility to choose either program individually or combine both to create a well-rounded after-school experience tailored to your child and family’s needs.

Program Descriptions
When signing up for Enrichment, after-school care is included until 5pm on the day the child is registered for the Enrichment class. If your child’s Enrichment class ends earlier than 5pm, it is not required he/she stay until that time. You’re welcome to pick up any time after the class ends.
Children in the Enrichment Program will have the option to participate in the KING+ program which provides care until 6:00pm. Students in the KING+ will be charged a flat fee of $25.
Between dismissal and when their class starts, students will have homework help (if applicable), eat snack, and do supervised activities with their Kids in the Game coaches.
KING+ can be purchased for the same day or a future date.
Modifications and Cancellations
Within the first two full weeks of Enrichment classes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your class purchase, you may transfer your child into another class. Fees may apply due to varied class costs.
No refunds will be given after the second full week of Enrichment classes.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Special circumstances may allow for credits to be used for the following school semester.
KING+ add ons will not be refunded after purchase.
Discounts
Sibling discounts will be applied to additional children after the first, if registered for the same activity. The difference in price will be refunded after the first two weeks of the semester and will be issued to the original payment method on file.
Pro-rate options can be made available if interested in registering after the midpoint of the semester, pending space availability.
Payment Processing
Full payment will be required at the start of the semester to reserve a spot in a class.
KING+ can be purchased for a future date, at least 2 days in advance.
There is a non-refundable processing fee of 2.7% for credit card transactions and $0.60 for bank account/e-check transactions.
Any refunds will be processed 30 days from the date of confirmation from Kids in the Game.
Defaulted ACH payments will incur a $20.60 chargeback fee on each failed transaction.

$25 Registration fee per family when enrolling in a program. Monthly fee will be charged within 48 hours of registration.
Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed in the “Authorized Pick-Up” section of registration. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email sbslower@kidsinthegame.com or sbsupper@kidsinthegame.com with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
After-school
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 that will be charged upon registration. Monthly program fees will be charged within 24-48 hours of registration.
There is a non-refundable processing fee of 2.7% for credit card transactions and $0.60 for bank account/e-check transactions.
Program options can be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 7 days before the program start date (1st of the month).
Cancellations for upcoming enrollment must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month; late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the invoice total.
No refunds will be issued after the program start date.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time.

*In regard to COVID-19: Refunds can not be provided due to program planning costs which allow us to run a safe and enriching program for all participants.
Drop-In’s
Drop-in dates can be cancelled or moved to another date 24 hours in advance from the start time of the program of the drop-in date scheduled.
If cancelling within 24 hours before the drop-in date start time, there will be no refunds issued.
There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, school closure, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, expulsion from the program, etc.
Picking up after the program end time will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes. As we are only permitted in the building until that time, it is extremely important that all participants are picked up by this time
